Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year Awards 2019

Started in 2010, Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year awards are given to those individuals who have positively impacted the state, brought laurels not only in an individual capacity but also helped put Brand Maharashtra on the Indian and global radar.

Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year Awards 2019 ceremony was held on 20th Feb 2019 at NSCI Dome, Mumbai. The awards were given across 16 categories to people from different walks of life. Special awards were given to Shri Uddhav Thackeray, Padma Shri Dr. Appasaheb Dharmadhikari, Mr. Babasaheb Kalyani, Ms. Deepika Padukone, Mr. Rohit Shetty, Mr. Riteish Deshmukh, Mr. Vicky Kaushal, Mr. Noah Massil and Ms. Smriti Mandhana. The event was graced by Maharashtra’s CM Shri Devendra Fadnavis.
